The area is one of the factors that determines the price of housing. The differences in this regard are quite notable when it comes to new construction in Madrid. Buying a house of this type exceeds one million euros in nearly a third of the city. This is indicated by a report from Activum Real Estate Consulting, which analyzes new three-bedroom multifamily homes in the city of Madrid.
The area with the highest price is Salamanca, where the average cost to acquire a property of this type is 1.77 million euros. Chamartín and Chamberí are other districts with the highest prices for acquiring a new three-bedroom property, at 1.7 million and 1.4 million euros, respectively. Anyone looking to become the owner of a newly built home in the Moncloa area will have to pay 1.3 million euros, 1.2 million euros in the Centro area, and just over one million euros in the Moncloa-Aravaca district.
