Buying a new construction home in Madrid now exceeds one million euros in nearly a third of the city.

Seven districts exceed 600,000 euros for buying a home, with the Salamanca district having the highest price at 1.77 million euros.

The area is one of the factors that determines the price of housing. The differences in this regard are quite notable when it comes to new construction in Madrid. Buying a home of this type exceeds one million euros in nearly a third of the city. This is indicated by a report from Activum Real Estate Consulting, which analyzes new three-bedroom multi-family homes in the city of Madrid.

The area with the highest price is Salamanca, where one has to pay an average of 1.77 million euros to acquire a home of this type. Chamartín and Chamberí are other districts with the highest prices for acquiring a new three-bedroom property, at 1.7 million and 1.4 million euros, respectively. Anyone looking to become the owner of a new home in the Moncloa area has to pay 1.3 million euros, 1.2 million euros in the Centro area, and slightly more than one million euros in the Moncloa-Aravaca district.
