In the adjustments to these new demands, the market has given an advantageous position to coliving spaces, which have gradually made their way into real estate investment as a spearhead among alternative assets.

Coliving is a shared housing model that has become popular in many parts of the world. Based on the same logic as coworking and other collaborative formulas, it is designed to have common areas beyond private rooms, and also beyond the conventional design of a house or apartment.
